About this Course
This one day workshop will focus on both subtle and severe presentations of the listed topics using a case study framework. The emphasis will be on recognition, treatment and stabilisation whilst awaiting transfer for the severe presentations.

- Acute Coronary Syndromes
- VTE and PE
- Diabetic Emergencies
- Avulsed Tooth
- Mental Health Emergencies
On completion of the reinforcing activity and workshop evaluation, 40 Cat. 1 RACGP Points will be allocated.
In addition to this workshop, at the end of the day, you can also undertake an optional two hour CPR workshop worth 5 Cat 2 RACGP points, which will satisfy the CPR component for this triennium.

Fee for attendance at the 1 day Emergencies in General Practice course is $375 for nurses, GP Registrars and allied health professionals and $455 for doctors.
